For custom orders, processing times may vary. We’ll provide an estimated timeframe once the design is confirmed.

 

2. Shipping Options & Costs

Standard Shipping (UK): We offer free shipping within the UK. Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. 

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and shipping cost vary depending on location, typically arriving within 7-14 business days. 

 

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can keep an eye on its journey.

 

4. Customs & Duties

International orders may incur customs fees, import duties, or additional charges based on your country’s regulations. These costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.

 

5. Delivery Issues

6. Studio Pickup (London)

If you’re based in London, we offer a free pickup option from our East London studio. Please select this option at checkout, and we’ll contact you with pickup details once your order is ready.
