Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We value thoughtful, conscious purchasing and hope you’ll take a moment to consider before placing an order with us, as returns and exchanges have a negative impact on the environment. We recommend taking your measurements and reviewing our detailed size guides before purchasing. If you’re unsure about sizing, please DM us or email us; we are always happy to help. You can also visit one of our stockists in England or France to shop and try on in person.
However, we understand that sometimes an item isn’t quite right, and we’re happy to arrange an exchange or return under the following conditions:
Eligibility
We currently only offer UK-based returns.
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving your parcel. To process your refund, we must receive your return within 14 days of your return request.
Email us at yo@angelswearnada.com within this 14-day window with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Sale Items
All discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Item Condition
Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired product. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price.
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Fees
A £5 handling fee per item applies to all returns (deducted from your refund) to help cover packaging and processing costs.
No handling fee is charged for exchanges.
International Orders
At present, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
Damages & Issues
As our pieces are made from upcycled materials, slight signs of previous wear may be present — these are part of the garment’s character and are not considered faults. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we’re truly sorry. While we take great care to inspect each piece before it leaves our studio, mistakes can happen. Please check your order upon arrival and contact us straight away if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right. To help us resolve the issue quickly, email yo@angelswearnada.com with photos of the item and a brief explanation of the problem — we’ll take it from there. Please email us within 5 days of receiving your item.
Refunds
Once your return arrives at our studio, please allow up to 5 working days for it to be processed. We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
