What is your returns policy?
1. Returns Eligibility
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Due to the unique nature of our upcycled pieces, exact exchanges may not always be possible. If we cannot provide a direct exchange, we’ll offer a store credit or alternative options.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalised items are non-returnable as they are made specifically for you.
3. Process for Returns
- Email us at yo@angelswearnada.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you return instructions, including an address to ship the item back.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, but if you choose to exchange, we’ll cover the cost to ship the new item to you.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s done.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Store Credit & Exchanges
- If you choose store credit instead of a refund, we’ll add an extra 10% to the credit amount to thank you for supporting sustainable fashion.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos, and we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund, including the cost of return shipping.

What is your shipping policy?
1. Processing Time
- Each order is processed within 2-3 business days.
- For custom orders, processing times may vary. We’ll provide an estimated timeframe once the design is confirmed.
2. Shipping Options & Costs

Standard Shipping (UK): We offer free shipping within the UK. Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and shipping cost vary depending on location, typically arriving within 7-14 business days.
Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can keep an eye on its journey.
4. Customs & Duties
- International orders may incur customs fees, import duties, or additional charges based on your country’s regulations. These costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
5. Delivery Issues
- If you haven’t received your order within the estimated time frame, please email us at yo@angelswearnada.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
- For any lost or damaged items, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue, if applicable.
6. Studio Pickup (London)
- If you’re based in London, we offer a free pickup option from our East London studio. Please select this option at checkout, and we’ll contact you with pickup details once your order is ready.
Can I get a custom design?
Yes. If you have a concept or a specific design in mind, please feel free to email your ideas to yo@angelswearnada.com, or send us a DM on Instagram @angelswearnada. Our team will work with you to explore options and bring your vision to reality. Please note that custom designs are subject to availablity and may require extra time.
Can I loan your pieces?
Yes. Please email yo@angelswearnada.com with details of the garment you'd like to loan, and we’ll send over the costs and a loan agreement for you to sign and return. You’ll be responsible for picking up and dropping off the garment to our studio in East London. If you’re loaning from outside London, you will also be responsible for the shipping costs. Payments for loans will be processed outside of the website, directly via email.
